I don't think the kid should be tryed as an adult he is only 12 years old. I don't feel it is right to send a 12 year to jail for the rest of his life. I know he took 2 lives but there is not that much evidence saying that he did it as a hate crime. The 12 year old boy hunts alot with his dad that explains the gun power on his shirt. That is really all of the evidence they have on the boy besides the fact that the family of the victim says the 12 year old did not like the victimsI don't think they should try him as an adult.

Iam wearing my football uniform. Every one was ready to play you could feel the excitment in the locker room.15 minuts till game time every one was ready to play, we neal down to say the our father. I said the words our father who art in heaven hearing the this sent chills down my spine. we looked up and our coach gave a yell and the locker room blew up with excitment. It hit me the first game of my senior sean was here. as we got ready to run out on the feild the adrenilin was flowing, as we ran out the crowd whent crazy it was game time.
